Le Allieve del Folk

Le Allieve del Folk sono il progetto musicale di Cilantro Collettivo. Il gruppo nasce per suonare dal vivo le canzoni collettive, composte insieme alle comunità di persone incontrate in giro per il mondo; l’intero repertorio è un viaggio musicale in continua evoluzione. La formazione della banda è mutevole e imprevedibile: non c’è un unico volto, ma diverse voci e strumenti che si alternano sul palco e fuori, nel segno della condivisione e della sperimentazione. Le Allieve del Folk non sono maestre, ma studentesse per vocazione: imparano ascoltando e suonando insieme, attraversano i generi e le geografie con rispetto, curiosità e spirito collettivo. A Lugano Buskers le allieve saranno: Roberta Marangon (charango e percussioni) e Marta Raciti (chitarra e percussioni).

Le Allieve del Folk is a musical project by Cilantro Collettivo. The group was formed to perform live the collective songs composed together with the communities they have encountered around the world; the entire repertoire is a constantly evolving musical journey.
The band’s line-up is fluid and unpredictable: there is no single face, but rather a variety of voices and instruments that take turns on and off stage, in the spirit of sharing and experimentation. Le Allieve del Folk are not teachers, but students by vocation: they learn by listening and playing together, traversing genres and geographies with respect, curiosity and a collective spirit. At Lugano Buskers, the students will be: Roberta Marangon (charango and percussion) and Marta Raciti (guitar and percussion).
