Infesta è il progetto solista del ticinese Marco Guglielmetti, nel formato di duo si esibisce insieme al romando Matteo “Divo” Simonin. L’album di debutto “Passerella” è apparso nel gennaio del 2024 sull’etichetta Dee dee’s Picks. Dal vivo potrete sentire un cantato energico in italiano accostato a linee di basso elettrico suonato dal vivo e a strumentali minimali, graffianti e sintetiche che trovano la loro fonte di ispirazione nella new wave anni ’80 di gruppi quali Suicide, Fausto’, Oppenheimer Analysis e Kraftwerk. Per la prima a volta al Buskers il duo si esibirà in modalità acustica!

Infesta is the solo project by a Switzerland-based musician, the debut album “Passerella” appeared in January 2024 on Dee Dee’s Picks. In a well inspired post-punk attitude you’ll hear live played electric bass and Italian vocals on top of instrumental that sounds like obscure 1980s minimal wave tracks, inspired by the likes of Suicide, Oppenheimer Analysis, CCCP, Kraftwerk and New Order. After the album presentation tour in springtime 2024 that touched Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, France and Taiwan Infesta is now back on stage exceptionally as a duo, with the support of the talented Matteo “Divo” Simonin contibuting with vocals and sharp ARP lines to the live show.
